Touch pad

Looking for a sound sampler device. Something basic, Has a audio out, can be RCA, 1/8, XLR. no real preference. You can either record strait to the unit, or connect via usb and add a sound file.

Objective. Me have SIT tone to help combat telemarketers. I currently use a small mp3 player that I have hooked to the phone line with a separate device. I have to turn the mp3 player on, and takes about 5 seconds before it auto plays. I would like a simple device that Is always on in some sort of way. And all I need to do is push a bump button and it plays the wav clip.

If they still made Yak Pak's I could mod one of those. A small electronics kit would work too. Or a good suggestion for a birthday card or xmas card that you can record your voice and pays back when you open it up. Suggestions?
